In reality, we’re two people and the big boys have thousounds of minions to handles these. More often than not they’re charging prices so low they can’t even cover their chipotle order with double protein and extra guac at at lunch.

It’s recently struck us how impersonal business has become and how relationships have stagnated behind desks and keyboards through emails and text messages.
We all love a good text thread (especially the ones with lots of gifs) or getting the details on-screen (you can’t have a good insurance battle if you don’t have ammo), but what’s happened to knowing, really knowing, your customers and their lives outside the transactions?
What happened to relationships built around service and connection?
Of seeing the other person as a human who has to impress another human who then has to go home and be something for more humans?
It’s a lot.
So, how do we make this easier?
And why do you want to work with us?
I could bore you with how long I’ve been doing this (15 years) or my many accomplishments (I’ll give you my mom’s phone number), but more than anything, I want you to know that there’s a real person on the other end who cares and understands you have people you’re working hard for as well.
So, while others see a transaction, I’m here to see its people.
